Rick attended Miami University in Ohio and earned a bachelor's degree in business. He started his career in the painting industry providing project estimates. Today, Rick focuses his professional energies on project estimates and workforce management, as well as sales and marketing. He previously served as president of the Chicago Painting and Decorating Contractors Association.

David attended the University of Missouri, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business. Today, he focuses his professional energies on sales and marketing to help grow the Ascher Brothers business. He also serves as a Director for the Evans Scholars Foundation as well as the Multiple Scleroris Foundation.
